A food safety officer from Norwich is to star in a new calendar aimed at promoting healthy communities.
Yvonne Burton, who works for Norwich City Council, will be feature in a calendar produced by the Improvement and Development Agency (I&DeA) to promote the council’s innovative approach to teaching good hand washing.
Her glowing hands will be on the December/January 2009 page of the 2008-09 Year of Healthy Communities calendar.
In the photo, she is demonstrating the council’s special kit which is used to go around schools, care homes and restaurants to teach people the importance of good hand washing techniques.=
