Mbeki meets Mugabe before vote crisis summit

South African President Thabo Mbeki, above left, has arrived in Zimbabwe for talks with President Robert Mugabe, above right,a main opposition party spokesman has told CNN, as the post-vote deadlock continues. Mbeki stopped in Harare en route to a summit in Zambia about the crisis that Mugabe has refused to attend.
