‘Petraeus unlikely to back Iraq troop cuts’
April 8, 2008 – 3:45 pmGen. David Petraeus likely will stick to his guns in Tuesday’s testimony before Congress and maintain that troops reductions should be dictated not by politics, but conditions on the ground, a senior official said.
