The newest food safety infosheet, a graphical one-page food safety-related story directed at food handlers, is now available at
foodsafetyinfosheets.ksu.edu.
Infosheet highlights:
Dirty water bottles thought to be source of outbreak; five players sidelined from playing, or having any contact with teammates
To avoid spreading hepatitis A, and other pathogens:
-Wash your hands after using the bathroom; you may pass the virus in your poop for over a month without knowing it
-Keep poop off of water bottles and other shared items
