Alba Cheese Manufacturing Pty Ltd is conducting a recall of Alba Cheese Shredded Mozzarella, 3kg, 1kg and 500gm, due to indications of Listeria monocytogenes contamination.
Listeria may cause illness in pregnant women, the very young, the elderly and people with low immune systems. Any customer concerned about their health should consult their doctor.
