US: Food and Agriculture System Criticality Assessment tool now available - (National Agricultural Library)

FAS-CAT 1.0 has been released by the National Center for Food Protection & Defense. Resources include:
1) The Food and Agriculture System Criticality Assessment Tool (FAS-CAT);
2) Included in the tool are spreadsheets that provide the publically available information on many food and agriculture commodities to help focus efforts.
3) A copy of the food and agriculture sector commodity input-output chart
4) Example flow charts to illustrate the supply chain for a few commodity and processed goods in food and agriculture;
5) Four example scenarios of potential attacks on the food and agriculture system (being finalized).
