Rice hopes to jump-start Mideast talks
March 4, 2008 – 8:42 amU.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice arrived in Cairo, Egypt, Tuesday, in the latest diplomatic effort to revive a Middle East peace process sidetracked by violence between Israelis and Palestinians.
