Kenya recount ruled out, says Annan
February 12, 2008 – 1:22 pmNegotiators trying to resolve a political crisis in Kenya plan to move to an undisclosed location and make no public statements for the next few days, a senior aide to former U.N. Secretary General Kofi Annan told CNN on Monday.
