January 31, 2008 – 7:25 pmAberdeen University will host the 21st International ICFMH symposium, Food Micro 2008 in Scotland 1-4 September 2008 and welcomes food scientists from all over the world.
This is the largest food safety and food quality conference in Europe and our aim is to build on the success of previous Food Micro symposia by combining the latest scientific developments in the field with extensive social activities which will introduce you all to the delights of Scottish cuisine and countryside. An exciting meeting has been planned under the theme Evolving Microbial Food Quality and Safety and will cover both the current state-of-the-art and future perspectives of both microbial food safety and food spoilage. A compelling list of sessions has been assembled, each organised and chaired by internationally recognised experts in the field.
