Bitter Kenyan rivals ‘break the ice’

Kenyan President Mwai Kibaki and opposition leader Raila Odinga will meet Thursday for the first time since the contested election, under the auspices of former U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan, the country’s foreign minister said.
