A book which claims most cow’s milk contains a protein linked to various diseases including schizophrenia and diabetes has been debunked by New Zealand authorities.
Professor Keith Woodford, an expert in farm management from New Zealand’s Lincoln University, makes the claims in a book released this week.
But the New Zealand Food Safety Authority (NZFSA) says Woodford’s book is not based on scientific evidence.
