KANSAS: Concert to raise money for e-coli victim - (WIBW-KAKE Kansas)
December 28, 2007 – 7:56 pmThe gym at Sterling High School is quiet right now, but on Saturday it will be packed not for a game or a pep rally, but for a little girl who’s become Sterling’s Christmas miracle.
“Everyday I tell her, ‘You know that you’re a walking miracle,’” says Karen Anderson, Aubrey’s mom.
“To see Aubrey now and see how she’s excelling as a normal kid, it’s truly a miracle, and in the Christmas season they talk about miracles and we wanted to have an example of a true miracle that’s happened,” said Mark Sarver, who helped organize a benefit concert for the girl.
