sebelum ini gue pnh bahas, bahwa double jeopardy tu gak diperhitungkan. tp bukan berarti pasti gak ada, hanya saja karena kemungkinan terjadi double jeopardy sangat kecil, maka kemungkinan itu bs dieliminir…sehingga kita bisa berpikir simple dan gak naroh PRV dimana2…
tp ada juga di API dijelaskan (kalo gue gak salah ngerti nih…) bahwa 2 kejadian yg emg sering bgt dan sangat mungkin terjadi keduanya bersamaan walaupun unrelated, maka keduanya kudu diperhitungkan as a single case. namanya latent failure… (CMIIW yah…)
