For the second time in less than a year, Great Wall Buffet scores in the 50’s on a Marion County restaurant inspection. Below 70 is a failing score. The Chinese food buffet scored a 56 on October 18th with violations including, not maintaining food at proper temperatures, raw food stored over ready to eat food, and beverages consumed in the kitchen uncovered/no straws.
The last time Great Wall Buffet failed was in December 2006 when employees were also drinking beverages in the kitchen without covers and straws. The restaurant has made the necessary fixes and is currently open for business.
Other Restaurants to fail recently include Dipping Donuts on Lancaster, score 48, Kim Huong Restaurant on Silverton, score 57, Lucky Fortune Restaurant on Lancaster, score 48.
