Coldwater Seafood UK Ltd recalls batches of fish pies - (Food Standards Agency)

Coldwater Seafood UK Ltd has recalled certain batches of Quality Foods Luxury and Asda Extra Special Fish Pies because they contain egg, which is not shown on the labels. This makes the products potentially unsafe for anyone allergic to egg. The Agency has issued an Allergy Alert.
Anyone with an egg allergy should not eat these products.

Best before: July 2008
Asda Extra Special Fish Pie 450g
Best before: 22 Jun 2008, Batch code: 7173 EVA
Best before: 12 Jul 2008, Batch code: 7183 EVA
The affected products were manufactured by Coldwater Seafoods UK Ltd. The Asda Extra Special brand fish pie product has only been sold through Jack Fulton Freezer Centres, and the Quality Foods Luxury brand Fish Pie has been sold through MAS Frozen Foods. No other Asda product or product sold in Asda stores is affected by this recall.
