Bhutto under house arrest again

Pakistan opposition leader Benazir Bhutto was placed under house arrest Monday, a day ahead of a planned march protesting President Pervez Musharraf’s declared state of emergency. Bhutto’s movements also were restricted on Friday, during another protest
