October 31, 2007 – 11:01 pmThe newest food safety infosheet, a graphical one-page food safety-related story directed at food handlers, is now available at foodsafetyinfosheets.ksu.edu.
Infosheet highlights:
Production was halted at Fox’s Confectionary on October 15, 2007 after traces of Salmonella were found in samples of chocolate.
