Noel expected to regain strength
October 31, 2007 – 11:23 pmTropical Storm Noel, which killed 48 people in the Dominican Republic, Haiti and Cuba, was lingering along the Cuban coast Wednesday as tropical storm watches were issued for southeast Florida.
