Iraq, Turkey hold critical talks
October 26, 2007 – 12:50 pmA high-level Iraqi delegation arrived in Ankara on Friday for critical talks with Turkish counterparts aimed at averting a full-scale cross-border offensive by Turkish forces into northern Iraq against Kurdish separatists.
