Food Standards Australia New Zealand’s latest Web Seminar 5 How FSANZ develops food labelling and how consumers use food labelling is now available at http://www.foodstandards.gov.au/newsroom/webseminars.cfm. This seminar is 43 minutes long and explains in detail how we develop food labelling standards and it compliments Web Seminar 3 Choosing the Right Stuff- a consumer guide on how to read food labels.
