NEW YORK: Elizabeth: More illness linked to beef - (New York Times)
October 2, 2007 – 8:07 pmHealth officials were cited as saying yesterday that two more cases of illness have been linked to a strain of the E. coli bacteria found in beef produced by a New Jersey meat company. The new cases, involving individuals in New York and New Jersey, bring to 27 the number of cases attributed to the E. coli O157:H7 strain, officials said.
