ORLANDO: Dangerous bacteria found at popular central Florida market - (Local6.com)

ORLANDO, Fla.–The Florida Department of Agriculture was cited as finding traces of listeria at a Fresh Market store location in Orlando.
Officials with Fresh Market grocery store chain were cited as saying Friday that the bacteria was linked to lettuce out of California and is no longer available in Central Florida stores.
The lettuce was found specifically at the Dr. Phillips Boulevard Fresh Market in Orlando, according to the report.
A statement from Fresh Market released late Friday was quoted as saying, “We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure our stores are taking all necessary precautions.”
Fresh Market shopper Lori Pinner was quoted as saying, “I really find it hard to believe. I have shopped here so much, and everything we have ever gotten has been really fresh. We’ve never gotten sick.”
Shopper Robin Smith was quoted as saying, “You never know with anything. You just have to trust the store.”
