September 26, 2007 – 7:14 pm“A final report of a three-year study on the status of Food Defense Education, titled ‘Food Defense Education: Post 9/11′, was presented to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) at its 2007 Inaugural Conference on research and innovation held in Monterey, California on August 21-24, 2007.
Conclusions and recommendations of the study were presented and emphasized the educational efforts still needed to support the defense and protection of our food supply against potential terrorist attacks.”
