September 16, 2007 – 2:00 amkeep tabs on your temperature. if you’re chilly eat warm foods like soups, curries, stews and teas with ginger, garlic and cinnamon and don’t eat cold foods like salad, raw fruit, ice cream and iced drinks not even in the summer if you’re cold. if you’re warm, as in red faced, sweaty, greasy or dry don’t eat hot foods like deep fried and BBQ meats, coffee, alcohol, spicy foods, but do eat cool foods like stir fry, salads, cucumbers, fresh herbs, mint tea, strawberries, even in the winter if you’re hot.
