GAMBIA: Coleman restaurant boss laments on food safety - (The Point)
August 22, 2008 – 10:58 pmThe proprietor and Manager of Coleman Restaurant, Mr Assan Cole, has called on all food operators in the country, particularly those with restaurants, to consider food safety as their priority.
The Coleman restaurant boss was speaking recently in an interview with Entertainment. According to him, his restaurant is dealing with food safety, adding that the food that we eat should be properly checked because this is going to our stomach. He said every six months one has to do a course on food safety. It is something recognised by the law, he explained.
With the help of NaNa and also searching through the website, I was able to gather more experience on food safety and this was followed by giving them test, he said.
