กาลครั้งหนึ่งนานมาแล้ว ณ ดินแดนที่ห่างไกล ที่ซึ่งผู้คนในเมืองกำลังสนุกสนานเริงร่าอยู่กับงานประจำปี ตามถนนเล็ก ตรอกซอกซอยต่างๆ มีผู้คนเต้นรำ ร้องเพลงกันอย่างสนุกสนาน   เป็นการฉลองที่ปีนี้พืชพันธุ์ธัญญาหารอุดมสมบูรณ์ มีน้ำใสสะอาดพอที่จะให้ทุกคนในเมืองใช้ไปอีกหลายปี…   พระราชาทรงตั้งมั่นอยู่ในทศพิศราชธรรม ปกครองชาวเมืองอย่างเมตตา
