Rice pushes new cease-fire deal in Georgia
August 15, 2008 – 1:09 pmU.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice landed in the Georgian capital Friday with documents that she said should firm up a cease-fire between Russia and Georgia even as the deal appeared to be faltering.
