Georgia, Russia claim cease-fire violations

Georgia and Russia have accused each other of violating a cease-fire only 24 hours after it was agreed. The six-point deal was meant to end the fighting over the breakaway regions of South Ossetia and Abkhazia, but both sides traded accusations Wednesday.
