Georgian: State of war with Russia
August 9, 2008 – 2:52 pmGeorgia declares a state of war as fierce battles with Russia military over the breakaway region of South Ossetia entered their second day. President Mikhail Saakashvili accused Russia of “criminal and crazy” acts comparable to those of the Soviet era.
