OHIO: A second E. coli victim files lawsuit against Nebraska Beef - (Lancaster Eagle Gazette)

COLUMBUS — A Pickerington woman is the second Ohioan to file a lawsuit against Nebraska Beef Ltd, after the woman was infected with the toxic E. coli strain O157:H7 in June.
Marler Clark, a Seattle-based law firm filed a lawsuit in behalf of Dawn Grieves in the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio, Eastern Division Wednesday.
Grieves also is represented by Nicholas Philips of the Cleveland area firm of Phillips, Mille and Constabile.
