Tsvangirai prepares to exit embassy refuge

Zimbabwe opposition presidential candidate Morgan Tsvangirai said Tuesday he will leave the Dutch embassy where he sought temporary refuge, but he was “evaluating his situation” to decide when it would be safe to go.
