ABC2 News Investigator Joce Sterman has broken down the numbers. She explains what violations are seen most often in city restaurants and how frequently they happen.
It’s a journey that’s taught us, if you can’t stand the dirt - get out of the kitchen. That’s what we learned as we started taking a look behind the counter of restaurants all over Baltimore city. From fast food flaws to the disgustingness of fine-dining, we showed you the city health department inspection reports for more than a dozen city restaurants - the ones we believed had the worst violations and the most consistent patterns.
