24 children die in China virus outbreak
May 5, 2008 – 6:43 pmMore than 8,500 Chinese children have contracted hand-foot-mouth disease, and although it is a common childhood illness, its rapid spread and the 24 children it has killed have raised concerns in China, state-run media reported Monday.
